Mossy Oaks Panorama

While on a family trip to Santa Rosa, California I decided to slip out of the hotel early in the morning and explore a park I had read about before visiting. It pays to do your homework. Given that I had been shoveling snow just two days earlier, the amazingly vibrant greens of the mosses and grass were overwhelming. I set up my composition and waited for the sun to rise and burn through the fog. The warm yellow light was the icing on the cake. I felt as though I was in the garden of eden. What a great way to start the day. I hope this image brings you the same combination of peacefulness and energetic renewal I was able to experience that morning.
