Often times I don't have the luxury of time for travel photography. Fortunately, Lake Tahoe has a few locations worthy of a sheet or two of film. When the seasons are changing, I will take a couple of hours each morning before work and explore little nooks and crannies for hidden gems. Well, this was one of them. I scouted the area the previous evening and decided to return early, before any direct light hit the scene. This is the sort of tranquil image I love spending time on. Not only is it very important for me to create in this sort of environent, but it is the sort of energy I want to bestow upon my collectors. We all need our moments of peace!
