This image of Half Dome and the Yosemite high country was taken from Glacier Point. All the other photographers had left after an unsuccesful sunset. I stayed, anticipating the magic blue glow of twilight. Coupled with naturally cool tones of the granite and snow, this image conveys the true spirit of the Sierras. I love Yosemite!
