Autumn Morning, Independence Pass, Colorado

I spent one of the coldest nights I've experienced camped out in hopes of photographing this scene. After an evening scouting, I found the location but needed the light. Well, it was worth the wait. The pre-dawn glow of the atmosphere set the tone for this snow dusted Autumn scene. Golden Aspens, pines, snow dusted willows, a snow capped peak and a reflecting beaver pond. Colorado has it all. Independence Pass put on quite a show for me!
