Jon Paul put an impressionistic flair to these abstract images of aspen trees and fall colors by using a technique called motion blur. After envisioning a composition, Jon rapidly moves his camera during the exposure, imparting a brush stroked effect in camera. Jon then adds to the painterly feel of the images by enhancing the colors in processing. This grouping has a vibrance that can only be captured in the Fall season.
